Zee Cloud is committed to providing superior product durability and quality so that you may achieve comfortable rest. If the mattress(es) sold by Zee Cloud or a Zee Cloud-authorised reseller is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, Zee Cloud warrants that (for nine (9) years from the date of purchase), and Zee Cloud will replace or repair to service such defect(s). 

This non-transferable warranty is for the original purchaser only. This warranty protects your purchase from defects in manufacturing only, not from damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.

The zippered cover of Zee Cloud’s mattress is not warranted.

How to claim the warranty?

  • Please submit your claim to our customer service at [email protected] and provide a description and pictures of the fault.
  • Upon submission of the warranty claim, please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Once processed, whether the claim is approved or rejected, you will receive an email from us with further instruction.
  • The owner will be responsible for the shipping fees. The shipping cost will be communicated in the email as it depends on where your location is at.

This warranty shall be void in the following circumstances.

  • Damage caused during shipping.
  • Damage if the recommended weight restrictions are exceeded.
  • Damage if used in any environment or a commercial setting that was not intended.
  • Damage to foam shroud by improper handling or misuse.

Shall there be any problem after your mattress’s warranty expires, all repairs/ replacement will be of the owner’s responsibility, regardless of the condition of the mattress at the time of the warranty’s expiration.
